Emergency Lighting

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires provision of emergency lighting, emergency routes and exits to be made available and routinely serviced. The provision must be of adequate intensity in the case of failure of normal lighting.

Emergency lighting is important as in the event of power failure it will enable your occupants in your building to evacuate the building; it is also used to illuminate areas where hazardous processes take place so it can be made safe.
